Patent attorney candidate (m/f/d) with a focus on electrical engineering / computer science / physics / mechanical engineering

To strengthen our team, we need support in our tech patent departments for the following tasks:

• Conducting novelty searches and freedom to operate analyses

• Drafting of patent applications and their enforcement in the examination procedure

• Participation in bilateral proceedings, in particular opposition, nullity and infringement proceedings

• Support in advising clients in the field of intellectual property

Your profile:

• Degree in electrical engineering, computer science, mechanical engineering, mathematics, physics or comparable subjects

• Initial experience in the field of intellectual property is an advantage, but not a prerequisite

• strong technical understanding

• Independent and structured way of working

• Very good knowledge of German and English
