Your responsibilities:
- Conducting novelty searches and freedom to operate analyses
- Drafting of patent applications and their enforcement in the examination procedure
- Participation in bilateral proceedings, in particular opposition, nullity and infringement proceedings
- Support in advising clients in the field of intellectual property
Your profile:
- Completed degree in electrical engineering, computer science, physics, or comparable fields
- Initial experience in the field of intellectual property is an advantage.
- strong technical understanding
- Independent and structured way of working
- Very good knowledge of German and English
