Patent attorney (m/f/d) with a focus on physics / electrical engineering or information and communication technology
To strengthen our team, we need support in our tech patent departments for the following tasks:
- Preparation of patent applications for Germany and abroad
- Preparation and independent handling of grant procedures (DPMA, EPO, UPC if applicable)
- Coordination of international patent portfolios
- Participation in and conduct of opposition and nullity proceedings
- Evaluation of prior art searches for applications and validity proceedings and preparation of freedom-to-operate analyses
Your profile:
- Degree in physics, electrical engineering, computer science or a comparable field
- Patent attorney license DE and/or EP
- Experience in drafting patent applications
- Experience in conducting patent grant proceedings, optionally opposition and appeal proceedings
- Optional experience in preparing FTO and validity reports
- You place the highest demands on the quality of your work
- You are able to quickly grasp even complex technical and legal issues
- You have very good communication skills in German and English
