- Receipt and processing of international correspondence
- Monitoring, noting and deleting deadlines
- Processing and filing of patent applications (no trademarks)
- Initiation of national and regional phases from PCT applications
- Validation of European patents
- Formal processing of appeals against decisions
- Billing tasks
- Writing from dictation
- Ideally experience in travel planning and travel expense accounting
- Completed training as a foreign language correspondent, patent paralegal or comparable qualification with professional experience (you are also welcome as a career changer with several years of professional experience!)
- Very good knowledge of German and English
