The agenda includes two panels on procedural timing under the motto "It's all about timing." SKM-IP is a co-organizer, and Nils T. F. Schmid is supporting the organization on behalf of SKM-IP. A coffee break and a light lunch are included.
Panel 1 is entitled "Strategic Timing at the EPO and Courts." It focuses on timing decisions that influence admissibility, scope, and procedural leverage in proceedings before the EPO and courts.
The speakers are:
• Addick A. G. Land (Judge at the Unified Patent Court)
• Heli Pihlajamaa (Director General, European Patent Office) and
• Kristina Cornish (British and European patent attorney, partner at Pinsent Masons)
