SKM-IP appoints Max Philipp Klüpfel as salary partner

Max Philipp Klüpfel has been part of our team since SKM-IP was founded in January 2023. He specializes in advising and litigating in intellectual property and competition law. His practice focuses in particular on trademark, design, domain, and competition law, as well as contract law.
