We are delighted that Florian Malescha has been added to the official roster of arbitrators at the Patent Mediation and Arbitration Centre (PMAC). He is now one of the first neutrals appointed by PMAC—a special recognition of his professional expertise and dedication to the field of dispute resolution.
The PMAC is the institutional dispute resolution center of the Unified Patent Court (UPC), with offices in Ljubljana and Lisbon. Its mission is to provide efficient, high-quality alternative dispute resolution (ADR) procedures for patent disputes. In an increasingly complex and globalized environment, out-of-court solutions are becoming increasingly important, as they enable companies to resolve conflicts flexibly, confidentially, and cost-effectively.
As an independent and expert arbitrator, Florian Malescha will help resolve patent disputes within the PMAC framework, focusing on fair, balanced, and sustainable solutions that serve the interests of all parties.
We warmly congratulate Florian on this outstanding appointment and are confident that his experience will make a valuable contribution to the further development of arbitration and mediation proceedings in the field of intellectual property.
